You can also leave us a voicemail with your contact number and we will gladly call you back. NB HOTMAIL has a real bad habit of junking our mails.

 

Q. Is my delivery information safe?
A. Yes it is our ordering page encrypts your entire order with JavaScript based client side encoding technology. This implies that a third party is not able to see your name, address or any messages apart from us. We won’t keep any records of names or mailing addresses. After three weeks they will be digitally “shredded”.


Q. Do you send to my country?
A. We ship to all States in USA, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. For countries out of these, please contact us before placing an order.

Q. Can I track my order?
A. All orders are traceable on our site using you 'Order ID' and 'Billing email'. Just visit Track Your Order page on our site.

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Our orders usually arrive with 2 working day. Other EU orders arrive not later than four days after we ship and for all other countries not later than two week.

Q. How can I pay for my products?
A. We accept all Major Credit & Debit Cards through Western Union, MoneyGram & Bitcoin.

Q. Do you guarantee my shipment?
A. Yes. All shipments are insured by us. So insurance charges are usually inclusive.
